What a Character!
Mr. Beamer shared a story about an old friend that he ran into recently. You know the type, always laughing, having a good time, the life of the party.
A real character, some might say.
However, in life, those are not the characters that become the best of friends. The one's you can call at any time, with any problem. The one's that are there to help, no matter what the situation, what the hour, or what the challenge. The kind of friend that is there through thick and thin.
These are the folks that you will find are still your friends 5, 10 even 20 years from now. Why? Not because they were a character, but because the character of their being conveyed values of integrity, respect, trust, and faithfulness.
As you go through life, try to find those people, those with character, that will enrich your life for a long time.
